Reilly is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University.
She brings over 10 years of experience working in community mental health settings with children, families, and adults.
Reilly takes a warm, relational, structured, and collaborative approach to therapy. Her clinical work draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused techniques. She has experience providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) in children, adolescents, and adults.
An important part of Reilly’s clinical focus is supporting parents/caregivers of children managing OCD and anxiety, as well as adults living with OCD and anxiety. She supports clients in developing practical skills and strategies to apply between sessions, with a focus on real-life practice and carrying learning into daily life. Reilly values collaboration throughout the therapeutic process and aims to ensure clients leave sessions with clear, actionable takeaways that support progress outside of therapy.
