Erin Robinson, RTC

Registered Art Therapist

Erin Robinson, DKATI, RTC

Erin is an art therapist and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC). She obtained her BSc in Psychology from the University of Victoria and her diploma in art therapy at the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute. Erin makes art alongside teens, children, and adults who are feeling anxious, navigating life transitions, seeking support with self-esteem, or are working to develop social skills.

Art therapy is an approach that blends talk therapy with creativity and artistic expression. When we create art alongside an art therapist, we primarily communicate visually to express our inner emotions, experiences and feelings. The art therapist acts as a guide in the process of exploring the art to enhance self-awareness, strengthen self-expression and discover personal meaning.

Erin enjoys integrating natural materials into her sessions, and creates a warm, inviting space where imagination and creativity thrive. Expect laughter, exploring nature and mess-making. Erin’s goal is to empower each artist client to grow confidence, embrace who they are and develop resilience in face of life’s challenges.

Erin’s pronouns are she/her.
